AOC is an independent engineering production outsourcing consultancy.

Based on your RFQ information, potential suppliers are being contacted in order to supply you with a quotation by the most suitable manufacturer for your product.

This quotation of tooling and products, with detailed information about the manufacturer, will be sent to you without obligation.

As we work for the client, not the supplier, we separately quote for our services; in most cases a percentage of product price.

AOC does not trade.

You buy direct from the supplier, who is as such the exporting party. Deliveries can be FOB or CIF, after your requirements.

Payment condition will depend on request of supplier, but is typically 50% in advance and 50% after production and control by AOC, before shipping. However, over the long run, this can change in many cases to a final payment being made against shipping documents, near ETA.

The supplier will send you the shipping documents, including a C/O, which can reduce import tax, depending on the legislation of your country on trade with Vietnam.

All communication between your company and the supplier goes through AOC, handled after the shortest possible time.

If a quotation is acceptable, the suppliers in question can be visited on request, so there are no surprises on what kind of company you are dealing with, and you are guaranteed full openness.
