AOC is an independent engineering production consultancy.

Based on your RFQ information, potential suppliers are being contacted in order to supply you with a quotation by the best manufacturer for your product.

This quotation of tooling and products, with detailed information about the manufacturer, will be send to you without obligations. A commission-quotation of AOC will then also be send, which is typically a percentage of the product price.

AOC does not trade.

You buy direct from the supplier (there are no trading companies in between, as is the case in China), who is as such the exporting party.

Deliveries can be FOB of CIF, after your requirement.

Payment condition will depend on the request of supplier, but is typically 50% in advance and 50% after production and control by AOC, before shipping.

AOC commission has to be paid separately, but parallel to payments to the supplier.

The supplier will send you the shipping documents, including a C/O (which in the case of Vietnam can reduce the import tax, depending on the legislation of your country).

All communication between your company and the supplier goes through AOC.

Suppliers can be visited together with AOC, however only after a first business has been established.
